Be a Scribblers Superhero!

Did you attend our inaugural Scribblers Festival in May?

We’re still receiving enormously positive feedback from parents, teachers, librarians – and of course, the kids, who were especially excited and inspired by the festival. You can see the magic for yourself in our Facebook photo albums.

Help us make the 2019 Scribblers Festival even better!

The Scribblers team is already busy planning an even bigger and better festival for 2019. And because we want to reach a wider audience and to continue to make the festival accessible to as many young people as possible, we’re hoping you can help.

We’ve started a crowdfunding campaign and hope to raise $10,000 by 20 July. This will provide tickets and bus transportation for 10 under-resourced schools to attend the 2019 Schools Program. Any additional funds raised will help ensure the festival’s Family Program remains free.

To show your support for Scribblers Festival and express your passion for the value of creativity and children-led learning, you can “Be a Scribblers Superhero!” by donating to our crowdfunding campaign.

Even $10 makes a difference!

For as little as $10 you can help celebrate the magic of storytelling and inspire thousands more kids next year.

Gifts of gratitude

We’ve got some pretty cool perks to express our gratitude.

2018 Festival guest, word-nerd, David Astle, has kindly donated a downloadable crossword – every donor receives one of these!

We’ve also got some goodies from The Goods Shed, signed books, and a VIP Festival Experience up for grabs!

Share the love

We’d also love it if you could share our campaign with your networks and on social media.

The campaign only runs until 20 July, so we’d love your support now.

Thank you so much. We really appreciate your support in helping as many kids as possible celebrate the magic of storytelling.
